Aquarium Heater Fish adapt to the external temperature. The vital functions of ectothermic animals decrease as temperatures drop. Therefore, maintaining the correct temperature in the aquarium is crucial to ensure smooth food intake and proper metabolic function. The preferred temperature varies depending on the origin of the fish.

Easy Installation Simply insert the heater into the provided protective cage. Choose the desired temperature using the adjustment wheel and submerge the heater into the aquarium, ensuring it goes at least to the “min. water level” line. Secure it in place with the suction cups. Once the heater is connected to the power supply, the indicator light will turn on. The heater can also be mounted horizontally, for example, in turtle tanks.

Optimal Heat Transfer JBL’s Safety-Control Heater ensures optimal heat transfer within the range of 20-34°C. The adjustment wheel allows for a precision of +/- 0.5°C. The maximum achievable temperature depends on the water volume and the temperature difference with the surrounding environment.

Safety-Control Heater Embedded in a protective cage, the heater prevents fish from getting burned. It is waterproof, submersible up to 100 cm, and highly durable with its 2 mm safety quartz glass. If the water level drops or the heater is removed from the water, the safety thermal switch automatically cuts off the power supply to prevent overheating. The heater is TÜV-certified.
